Although the products shown in the photos generally match their actual appearance, we would like to inform you that these are photos created by the manufacturer, and martasmebeles.lv is not responsible for any discrepancies in color, shape, or other characteristics;
If, after the goods have been delivered to the warehouse, it is not possible to contact the buyer (by phone or email), the goods will be stored for 1 month;
After this period, martasmebeles.lv reserves the right to dispose of the goods as necessary.
It is prohibited to republish any images from the martasmebeles.lv website without the administration’s consent;
The use of information provided by martasmebeles.lv does not create any legal obligations between visitors to the online store and its creators;
Product prices are listed in euros, including 21% VAT;
Warranty
The warranty for furniture is 2 years, unless the manufacturer has specified a longer warranty period.
If quality issues arise during the warranty period, the seller will resolve them, provided that the conditions of use have been followed and the receipt is retained.
Further details must be noted upon opening the packaging. If a defect is found, the item must not be assembled; the packaging must be retained and the seller must be informed.
If the furniture is delivered disassembled and assembled (or an attempt is made to assemble it), the right of withdrawal does not apply, as once the furniture is assembled, it can be fully used for its intended purpose; however, repeated disassembly and/or reassembly will significantly impair the quality of the furniture. Therefore, it is not possible to ensure the product quality specified in Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law by assembling and/or disassembling this furniture during the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
martasmebeles.lv is NOT liable if
Damage to the goods is caused by the customer’s fault;
Defects in the goods have arisen from their use for purposes other than those intended;
The product shows normal wear and tear from normal use;
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt;
Right of Withdrawal
Regulations No. 207 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia, “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” stipulate that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased from the online store to the seller in their entirety;
Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the exercise of the right of withdrawal.” martasmebeles.lv reserves the right to refuse the buyer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the goods have been used and/or damaged, if they are not in the complete set delivered by the seller, if they are not in their original packaging, or if the packaging is significantly damaged. By beginning to use the purchased item, the buyer confirms that it matches the order and the item can no longer be returned;
To arrange for the return of goods, please contact us via email, indicating the invoice number and the date of payment for the order.
If a product is returned, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
martasmebeles.lv reserves the right not to cancel an order and not to accept returned goods if they were custom-made for the Customer in accordance with a special order, the compliance of which with the Customer’s requirements was confirmed at the time of placing the order or later;
Special Order
custom-made kitchen furniture;
specially ordered ready-made items not included in the standard product range of the martasmebeles.lv online store (fabrics, colors, etc., special finishes made to order);
orders containing 10 or more units of a single product;
